Welcome to Kiddora. These terms apply when you use kiddora.ph or buy from us.
By placing an order, you agree to them.

**Who we are**

Kiddora is a Philippine retailer of curated educational toys.

**Products**

We try to show every product accurately. Colours can look different on
different screens. Product photos may show items that are not included, for
example batteries or props. The product description lists what is in the box.

Age guidance on our pages is a recommendation from the maker. You know your
child best. Please supervise young children during play.

**Prices and payment**

All prices are in Philippine Pesos. We can change prices at any time without
notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment you check out.

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed
wrongly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

**Stock**

Stock levels change quickly. If an item sells out after you order it, we will
contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

**Shipping and returns**

Our Shipping policy and our Refund and return policy form part of these terms.

**Your account**

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for
what happens under your account.

**Our content**

The text, photos, and design on kiddora.ph belong to Kiddora. Please do not
copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

**Limits**

We are responsible for delivering the product you paid for. We are not
responsible for injury or damage that comes from misuse of a toy, or from use
without adult supervision where supervision is advised.

Nothing here removes any right you have under Philippine consumer law,
including Republic Act 7394, the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

**Changes**

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
