Atlantis World Aquaria: Sea Turtle Bricks

A finished aquarium, built from bricks. 753 pieces make a black-framed tank with clear panels and a printed reef backdrop, and inside it a sea turtle, a clownfish, a yellow fish, corals and anemones. Two lamp units clip onto the top rail and light the scene.

Why builders like it

• It finishes as one object, not a pile. The tank is 23.6cm wide and 14.7cm tall and it sits on a shelf.
• The backdrop is printed, so there is depth behind the bricks instead of a flat wall.
• Scene lighting comes in the box, batteries included. The two lamps on the top rail make the tank work in a dark room.
• 753 pieces at this size means real detail: separate corals, anemones and seaweed, not one molded reef.
