Princess Skirt DIY Kit

A rainbow tulle skirt your child makes herself. She folds a strip of tulle in half, pushes the fold through a hole in the stretch waistband, then inserts the two loose ends into that loop and pulls it tight. One strip at a time, along the row, until the skirt is full.

• Recommended age: 3 and up
